Zaid El Kheir chairs scientific panel in Cairo

ALGIERS-The president of the High Islamic Council (HCI), Mabrouk Zaid El Kheir chaired Wednesday, in Cairo, the 4th scientific panel, organized on the sidelines of the 10th International Conference of Dar Al-Ifta of Egypt and the General Secretariat of fatwa organizations in the world, the Council said in a press release.
