NEW YORK — The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, took part Thursday in New York in the G20 ministerial meeting that was held on the sidelines of the General Debate of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
