ALGIERS-The Ministry of Culture and Arts is participating in the 10th International Arabic Book Fair of Istanbul, in Turkey, kicked off Saturday, with an exhibition of nearly 200 titles from publications of the Department of Culture and Arts and several national publishing houses, the ministry said Sunday in a press release.
