ALGIERS, September 24, 2025- Minister of State, Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, received on Wednesday Chinese ambassador to Algeria, Dong Guangli, with whom he discussed means to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the sector, said the ministry in a statement.
