Combating cybercrime: Boughali notes need to modernize national legal framework

ALGIERS — The Speaker of the People’s National Assembly (Parliament’s lower house), Brahim Boughali, underscored Monday the need to modernize the national legislative framework in order to adapt it to technological developments and maintain a balance between protecting rights and freedoms and combating cybercrime.
