Polisario Front submits proposal on Sahrawi People's self-determination to Guterres

NEW YORK - The Polisario Front submitted its expanded proposal for a mutually acceptable political solution providing for the self-determination of the Sahrawi people on Monday to the Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN), Antonio Guterres, said a Polisario Front statement.
