Sahrawi people’s right to self-determination, non-negotiable principle

MADRID - Spanish journalists have maintained that the Sahrawi people's right to self-determination is a "fundamental" legal principle, enshrined in the UN Charter and upheld by the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice of 1975, as well as by numerous international resolutions.
