1254 publishing houses, 49 countries, Mauritania guest of honor

ALGIERS - The 28th Algiers International Book Fair (SILA), themed "Books: Crossroads of Cultures," will be held from Oct. 29 to Nov. 8, with the participation of 1,254 publishing houses representing 49 countries, including 290 Algerian publishing houses, the fair's manager announced in Algiers on Monday.
