ALGIERS - The Minister of State and Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, chaired the installation ceremony of Noureddine Daoudi as CEO of Group Sonatrach in Algiers on Sunday, succeeding Rachid Hachichi.
