Oualid receives Belarusian Foreign Minister

ALGIERS - The Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, Yacine El-Mahdi Oualid, received the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Maxim Ryzhenkov, as part of his visit to Algeria accompanied by a high-level delegation, the ministry said in a statement.
