LUANDA - The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, delivered a speech on Sunday at the 21st Extraordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union (AU), held under the theme "The Strengthening of Mechanisms for Conflict Prevention and Resolution in Africa" in the Angolan capital, Luanda.
