APRM Forum of Heads of State and Government: President Tebboune's address at handover of rotating presidency to Uganda

ADDIS ABABA - The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, addressed participants at the 35th Forum of Heads of State and Government of the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) currently underway in Addis Ababa, during the handover of the rotating presidency to Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the speech was delivered by Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb.
