Security Council to hold high-level session on upholding UN charter principles

NEW YORK (United Nations)  - The UN Security Council will hold a high-level open debate on Tuesday on "upholding the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter and enhancing the UN-based international system," under the agenda item "maintenance of international peace and security."
