DR Congo takes seat on UN Security Council for two-year term

NEW YORK (United Nations) - A formal flag-raising ceremony was held at UN headquarters in New York to mark the start of Democratic Republic of Congo’s term as a non-permanent member of the body charged with maintaining international peace and security.
