"International community has clear duty to act," says Turk

GENEVA – UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Turk, called the atrocities committed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) against civilians in the Sudanese town of El-Fasher a "stain" on the international community's record, stressing that "the international community has a clear duty to act."
