NEW YORK (United Nations) — The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres announced the appointment of Vanessa Frazier of Malta as his Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, succeeding Virginia Gamba of Argentina, the media reported on Saturday.
