Mansour urges swift action on humanitarian needs

NEW YORK (United Nations) – The Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine to the United Nations, Riyad Mansour, stressed the need to meet the vital and humanitarian needs of Palestinians in Gaza, made worse by this year's particularly harsh winter.
