Boughali calls on international community to take responsibility for ending human rights violations

ALGIERS - The Speaker of the People’s National Assembly (Lower House of Parliament) and President of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union (AIPU), Brahim Boughali, called on the international community to assume its moral and legal responsibilities in ending human rights violations wherever they occur, the lower house said Tuesday in a press release.
