ALGIERS - Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) Prime Minister Bouchraya Hamoudi Bayoun, representing Sahrawi President Brahim Ghali, on Wednesday in Algiers chaired the official opening of the meeting of the Directors General of the Committee of Intelligence and Security Services of Africa (CISSA) for the North Africa region.
