Sahrawi prisoners in Moroccan occupation jails begin hunger strike

OCCUPIED EL-AAIUN - Nine Sahrawi civilian prisoners from the Gdeim Izik group announced the start of an open-ended hunger strike on Wednesday, after 16 years of arbitrary and unjust detention, calling on human rights and humanitarian bodies to intervene urgently and pressure the Moroccan occupation to meet their demands and guarantee their full basic rights.
