Consolidating Africa's energy sovereignty among APPO priorities

ALGIERS - The Secretary-General of the African Petroleum Producers' Organization (APPO), Algeria’s Farid Ghezali, stressed that consolidating the continent’s energy sovereignty is among the organization's priority areas of work, alongside the upcoming launch of the Africa Energy Bank (AEB) and the development of African production, infrastructure, and expert capacities with a view to integration.
