Organizations demand international investigation into rights abuses

GENEVA - Rights and parliamentary organizations have warned of the serious deterioration in the health of Sahrawi civilian prisoner Naama Asfari, who is on the 36th consecutive day of an open-ended hunger strike in Moroccan occupation prisons, and have called for an international investigation into human rights violations in the occupied territories of Western Sahara, as well as the immediate release of Asfari and all Sahrawi political detainees.
