Moroccan convicted of trying to swim into Ceuta with bag full of cannabis

CEUTA (SPAIN) - A court in the city of Ceuta convicted a Moroccan national after he was caught attempting to swim to the Spanish coast carrying a backpack containing a large quantity of cannabis resin, Spanish media reports said.
