SHAHEED EL-HAFED (Sahrawi Refugee Camps) – The UN Secretary-General's Personal Envoy for Western Sahara, Staffan de Mistura, began on Sunday afternoon a visit to the Sahrawi refugee camps as part of his tour of the region, the Sahrawi news agency SPS said.
