Some EU nations' backing of Morocco prolongs conflict in Western Sahara, Aminatou Haidar says

LJUBLJANA  – The President of the Sahrawi Instance Against the Moroccan Occupation (ISACOM), Aminatou Haidar, has criticized the economic and political support that certain European Union member States extend to Morocco, arguing that it enables the plundering of Sahrawi people’s natural resources and prolongs the conflict in Western Sahara, in clear violation of UN resolutions and international law.
