RABAT - The continued collapse of buildings in Morocco, the latest involving a residential block in the city of Fez, has revealed the fragility of infrastructure and serious shortcomings that have become a real threat to citizens’ safety and security, amid the failure of the Makhzen government to manage public affairs and the absence of accountability.
