Oubi Buchraya Bachir asserts Sahrawi people’s exclusive sovereignty over territory’s final status

BERLIN - The Special Adviser to the President of the Sahrawi Republic in charge of natural resources and related issues, Ambassador Oubi Buchraya Bachir, affirmed that the Sahrawi people alone possess exclusive sovereignty over determining the final status of the occupied territory.
