China calls for global cooperation on non-proliferation

NEW YORK (United Nations) - China emphasized the need for multilateralism to address global non-proliferation challenges through its Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN), Fu Cong, who spoke on Monday during a Security Council briefing dedicated to the 1540 Committee.
