ALGIERS- The book titled Western Sahara: A State and a Colony" was presented Thursday, in Algiers, by its authors: Manfred Hinz, Professor of Public Law at the University of Bremen, Germany, Ahmed Mohamed Sid Ali, Legal Advisor at the Presidency of the Sahrawi Republic, and Ama Lahbib, Sahrawi activist in Germany.
