Public policy failures exposed by flooding, forced building evictions, unions say

RABAT  - Public policies in Morocco continue to reveal their fragility and weakness in responding to crises, reflecting the shortcomings of the Makhzen regime and government authorities in protecting citizens, especially vulnerable groups and marginalized areas, according to Moroccan trade union organizations.
