A3+ framework, cornerstone of African multilateralism, says AU Commission chief

ALGIERS - The Chairperson of the African Union Commission (AU), Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, said Monday in Algiers that the A3+ mechanism at the Security Council is far more than a coordination mechanism, as it serves as "the cornerstone of African multilateralism" and a "unique link" between the global order and Africa’s continental framework.
