Spain holds historical accountability to Sahrawis, North Africa

ALGIERS - The advisor to the President of the Sahrawi Republic, responsible for natural resources and legal affairs, Oubi Bouchraya Bachir, stated on Friday that, fifty years after the ill-fated Madrid agreements, Spain bears a historical responsibility not only toward the Sahrawi people but also toward the entire North African region.
