Mozambican referee to officiate MC Algiers vs. Saint-Eloi Lupopo

ALGIERS – The African Football Confederation’s referee committee has appointed a Mozambican refereeing team, led by center referee Celso Armindo Alvaçào, to officiate the fourth matchday of the CAF Champions League group stage between Mouloudia Club of Algiers and DR Congo’s Saint Eloi Lupopo.
