North Africa seeks new glory

ALGIERS – Algeria was the last North-African nation to win the 2019’s AFCON trophy in Egypt, following a victory over Senegal (1-0) in the finals held at Cairo International Stadium, marking their second title in the competition, following their first success in Algiers in 1990.
