Algeria qualifies for 2026 women AFCON finals

DOUALA - The national women’s football team has secured a spot in the 2026 Africa Cup of Nations finals (AFCON 2026), following a 1-0 victory over Cameroon on Tuesday at Douala’s Reunification Stadium.
The match, part of the second and final round of qualifiers, was played behind closed doors.
