MOSTAGANEM -Belgian cyclist Timothy Dupont, from "Tarteletto-Isorex" team, won on Monday, the fourth stage of the 26th International Cycling Tour of Algeria, linking the cities of Sidi Bel Abbes and Mostaganem over a distance of 134.9 km.
