ALGIERS - President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune called Tuesday for a constructive dialogue leading to a consensual regulatory framework that guarantees investment security and directs investments toward areas most in need, noting that major investments in gas infrastructure require stable regulatory frameworks and fair gas pricing, particularly within long-term contracts.
