President Tebboune orders probe into role of certain meat importers in monopolizing supply, driving up prices

President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, chairing a Council of Ministers meeting on Sunday, ordered the Prime Minister to launch an investigation into the detrimental role played by certain meat importers in monopolizing supply and inflating prices for butchers, who resell it at local meat rates.
