President Tebboune signs decree pardoning prisoners who passed middle school and baccalaureate exams, those who obtained vocational, craft certificates

ALGIERS - The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, has signed a presidential decree pardoning prisoners who passed their middle school certificate and baccalaureate exams, as well as those who obtained vocational or craft training certificates during the 2025-2026 academic year, the Presidency said Wednesday in a statement.
