Council of Ministers: Tourism allowance to be temporarily issued via bank card

ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, chairing a Council of Ministers meeting on Sunday, decided that the tourism allowance will temporarily be issued exclusively via bank card, rather than in cash, to curb recorded abuses, the Council of Ministers said in a statement.
