President Tebboune began by inaugurating the Algerian National Center for Digital Services in Mohammadia, the first facility of its kind in the country. This facility represents a strategic asset designed to strengthen national digital sovereignty through a modern, secure architecture.

It serves as a fundamental pillar for domestic data hosting, ensuring seamless service continuity and cross-sector interoperability to accelerate digital transformation and enhance public service efficiency.

In the municipality of Dely Ibrahim, the President of the Republic officially inaugurated the new headquarters of the Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning, the City and Spatial Planning, an initiative aimed at modernizing public infrastructure and providing workspaces that meet international standards.

Turning to the healthcare sector, President Tebboune inaugurated the Omar-Boudjellab Specialized Hospital for Cardiology and Pediatric Cardiac Surgery in Mahelma. With an 80-bed capacity, it stands out as Algeria's first fully digitized (100%) hospital.

Equipped with seven specialized departments and an academic training center, the facility will provide cutting-edge care, driven significantly by the deployment of telemedicine.

The President of the Republic subsequently traveled to the new city of Sidi Abdellah to inaugurate the "Ahmed-Taleb-El Ibrahimi" urban hub in Rahmania, which features 10,507 rent-purchase (AADL) housing units.

While there, he also gave the official kickoff for the 2026 national housing distribution operation, which involves handing over the keys to 179,168 units of various types (LPL, AADL, LPA, rural, and social housing) nationwide.

On this occasion, the President of the Republic reflected on the country's accomplishments, stating, "We thank God for the level the country has reached, propelled by those faithful to the legacy of our valiant martyrs."

He emphasized that Algeria's core strength lies in dedicating the majority of state expenditures to achieving social balance, particularly in health, housing, and education.

This approach, the President of the Republic noted, has enabled Algeria to rank among socio-economically advanced countries, citing classifications by relevant international organizations.

Also in Rahmania, President Tebboune laid the foundation stone for the Algerian Institute of Cellular and Gene Therapy.

This medical and scientific hub will feature dedicated spaces for patient care, research, and training in regenerative medicine and biotechnology.

Finally, in Ouled Fayet, the President of the Republic laid the foundation stone for a major performance hall project with a 10,000-seat capacity. Spanning 60,000 square meters, this landmark cultural infrastructure is designed to strengthen the capital's cultural outreach and artistic scene.

President Tebboune inaugurates, launches several strategic projects in Algiers
