President Tebboune tours Algerian, foreign pavilions at AIF

ALGIERS - The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, toured on Monday several Algerian and foreign company pavilions during the official opening of the 57th Algiers International Fair (AIF) at the Algiers Exhibition Centre.

The President also reviewed, on this occasion, the achievements and investments made by Algerian institutions across various sectors of activity.

In this regard, the President of the Republic visited the pavilion of "Sonelgaz International," a subsidiary of the Sonelgaz Group, which represents a new asset in the energy sector and is now present in several African countries to explore partnership and investment opportunities.

The President of the Republic also made a stop at the pavilion of the National Automotive Subcontracting Committee (AIDA), as well as the pavilion of the Algerian Economic Renewal Council (CREA).

The President of the Republic had begun his visit to the fair by stopping at the pavilion of Spain, the "Guest of Honour" of this edition, as well as the pavilions of Chad, Tunisia and the Sultanate of Oman.

The President of the Republic also visited the pavilion of the Ministry of the National Defence, where he received detailed briefings on various military industries and production structures of the People’s National Army (PNA), in addition to a presentation on the 57th edition of the Algiers International Fair (AIF), held this year under the slogan "Trust and Stability for Sustainable Growth," with the participation of economic actors and national and foreign institutions.
