New, victorious Algeria cannot be complete without effective constitutional judiciary, President Tebboune says

ALGIERS -The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, affirmed on Tuesday that the new and victorious Algeria cannot be complete without effective, independent and commanding constitutional judiciary, one that guarantees the essence of the individual and collective freedoms enshrined in the country’s Constitution.
