President Tebboune insists on completing construction of Niger power plant within next three months

ALGIERS - The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, insisted, during the Council of Ministers meeting he chaired on Sunday, on the necessity of completing the construction of the energy production plant in Niger within the next three months, underlining that this "historic" achievement reflects the importance he attaches to bilateral cooperation.
