President Tebboune orders construction of two Trans-Saharan highway sections, cement plant in Chad

ALGIERS -The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, ordered, during a Council of Ministers meeting he chaired on Sunday, undertaking the construction of two sections of the Trans-Saharan Highway and of a cement plant in Chad.
