President Tebboune receives condolences from Libyan Presidential Council's Vice President

ALGIERS - The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received a message of condolence from his brother, Musa Al-Koni, Vice President of the Libyan Presidential Council, following the passing of former President and mudjahid Liamine Zéroual.
