President Tebboune bans winter demolition of illegal housing

ALGIERS -The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, chaired on Sunday a meeting of the Council of Ministers, during which he banned winter demolition of illegal housing, with the immediate dismissal of mayors who resort to this arbitrary measure without complying with the Algerian laws in force and international customs, the Council of Ministers said in a press release.
