In his address, he stressed that "this continental event provides a renewed opportunity to share experiences and promote entrepreneurship in an ambitious Africa."

The President of the Republic explained that the slogan "Proud of African Entrepreneurs," chosen for this event hosted by Algeria, "is not merely a title but a powerful message that highlights the potential of our youth, who transform challenges into opportunities, ideas into successful projects, and ambitions into a tangible economic reality grounded in knowledge and innovation."

President Abdelmadjid Tebboune added that this conference for entrepreneurs and start-ups "embodies the spirit of an ambitious Africa" and seeks to "inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs capable of competing on the global stage while strengthening the technological and economic sovereignty of our continent."

"The record-breaking participation in this edition underscores the significance of your conference at both continental and international levels, with more than 25,000 attendees, over 40 ministerial delegations, more than 200 exhibitors, and 150 investors and international experts in entrepreneurship and innovation.

These figures are not mere statistics; they are compelling evidence that this event has become a true incubator for start-ups and that our vision of building an innovative Africa is widely shared by our partners across the continent and beyond," the President of the Republic further noted.

In his message, the President of the Republic extended a warm welcome to the guest of honor, the Republic of Rwanda, which he described as "a continental model in digital transformation and innovation, thanks to its forward-looking strategic vision and strong political will."

President Tebboune also emphasized that previous sessions had demonstrated the importance of this conference.

This was evident either through the African Union's adoption of the Algiers Declaration's outcomes or through joint programs aimed at supporting entrepreneurial talent and reducing brain drain.

He added that the previous session was "a milestone for the adoption of a roadmap for the implementation of the African Artificial Intelligence Strategy, which laid the foundations for digital transformation and the development of advanced technologies on the continent."
