President Tebboune chairs meeting with civil society actors in Constantine

CONSTANTINE - The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, chaired on Thursday in Constantine a meeting with the civil society's actors, during which he listened to their concerns and their proposals regarding the accompaniment of the State’s efforts in promoting development in the province.
