President Tebboune receives congratulations from Emir of Kuwait

ALGIERS -The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received a congratulatory message from his brother MIshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the brotherly State of Kuwait, on the occasion of Algeria’s commemoration of the 71st outbreak of the glorious liberation revolution.
